Hindustan Copper Limited Recruitment Selection Process:
- The selection process for the post of Graduate Engineer Trainee at Hindustan Copper Limited will be a two-step process, with the weightage assigned to each step as follows. Steps Weightage in percentage: GATE Score / Marks – 70%; Personal Interview – 30% Candidates will be called for Personal Interview in the ratio of 1:5, i.e., 05 candidates will be called for Personal Interview for each advertised vacancy. If there is only one vacancy, 10 candidates will be chosen for a personal interview.
- The candidates for the position of Graduate Engineer Trainee will be shortlisted in the order of merit based on their valid GATE 2022 score. If candidates in the required ratio are not available from the GATE-2022 score for any discipline or cadre, candidates equivalent to the shortage will be shortlisted from the GATE-2021 score for each cadre / category separately.
