Eligibility Details:
Graduation in any field from a recognised university, basic computer application knowledge
Experience:
Officer/Senior Officer: One year of experience in a Housing Finance Company/NBFC is required. Management Trainee/Internship periods will not be counted as experience.
Junior Manager: Three years of experience in a housing finance company is required. Management Trainee/Internship periods will not be counted as experience.

CBHFL Recruitment 2022 Selection Process:
The selection procedure will include an online exam, followed by an interview with the selected individuals. If the number of qualified applications received is large/small, the Company maintains the right to modify the shortlisting criteria / online test/interview process. At its discretion, the company may perform a descriptive / psychometric test / group discussion / per candidate interview screening. Except for the Test of English Language, all online tests will be offered in both English and Hindi. The online test is scheduled to begin in September 2022.
