Qualifications in Education:
Overman:
Diploma in Mining Engineering from a reputable institute with a valid Overman’s Certificate of Competency issued by the DGMS for Coal under CMR2017/CMR 1957. Three years of post-qualification experience as an Overman in open cast coal mines is required. Valid First Aid Certificate from any DGMS-approved institute/organization.
Mine surveyor:
Diploma in Mining & Mine Surveying from a reputable Institute, with a valid Mine Surveyor’s Certificate issued by DGMS for Coal under CMR 2017/CMR 1957. Minimum of two years of post-qualification experience as a surveyor in opencast coal mines. Valid First Aid Certificate from any institute/organization recognised by DGMS.
Age Limit:
Overman/Mine Surveyor – 55 years

Salary:
Overman – Rs.45,000/month
Mine surveyor – Rs.42,000/month
