Academic qualification:
- Regular Graduate/Postgraduate degree from a recognised university with a minimum of 55% marks.
- Candidates with an MBA in Marketing, a 2-year PGDBA/ PGDBM/ PGPM/ PGDM with a specialisation in Marketing, or any other certification with a specialisation in Marketing from a recognised institute/ university will be given preference.
- Candidates with experience in marketing/third-party products in a bank/insurance company, financial institutions, or other companies will be given preference.
Age Limits (as of 30 April 2022):
- The age limit for the positions should be between 25 and 32 years old.
Selection Procedure for Nainital Bank Recruitment 2022:
The selection will be based on shortlisting and interviews; however, depending on the number of applications, the bank may also conduct written examinations of applicants to shortlist candidates for Personal Interview.
